Search Details

Both dealers and collectors can search the Sheppard’s World database for dealers by subject classification, or by country, state or county, city or town - just as users of our printed directories have been able to. Search results show the same information that appears in printed directories - the dealer's trading name, full postal address, telephone and fax numbers.
Links to enable users to send direct e-mails and gain direct access to their web sites are provided.

Search results also include:-

Opening hours
Credit cards accepted
Membership of trade associations
Viewing times
VAT number
Stock size
If catalogues are issued and frequency
Languages the dealer can correspond in other than English
Any additional information supplied by the dealer
And all specialist subjects are listed.

In searching for information – searches can be defined by `books’, `prints and maps’ or `ephemera.’

Dealers and collectors need to take out an annual subscription to search the data, at £30.00 per year, plus VAT if applicable, for unlimited use during the year-- great value when compared to buying two or more directories. The annual fee will be charged annually to your card.
